Fatah Studio for programing offers digital access to tamrin.fit. There are no physical goods.

Refund window

You may request a full refund within 14 days of your first successful payment for a paid plan, provided your organization has not materially used the service (e.g. extensive roster/program activity beyond reasonable evaluation).

After the refund window

Fees are non-refundable. You may cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period already purchased.

How to request a refund

Email help@tamrin.fit with your account email, organization name, payment date, and reason. We respond within a few business days.
